Insight Global is looking for a Director of e-Commerce on behalf of one of the world's leading casual dining restaurant companies with over 1600 global restaurants. The Director of e-Commerce and Engineering drives the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms for Chili's and Maggiano's focusing on delivering a seamless guest experience and revenue growth.

Your Key Job Functions:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and results oriented culture.
• Develop and execute the ecommerce, loyalty, and CRM platform strategy.
• Oversee the technical design and development of the ecommerce platforming, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security to handle high volume traffic.
• Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and delivery dates for new features and enhancements.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing and deployment processes.
• Define performance metrics and success criteria for ecommerce engineering projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and efficient team operation.
• Continuously monitor the performance, uptime, and speed of the ecommerce and loyalty platforms.
