A high-growth, venture-backed DeFi infrastructure company is seeking a Brand Marketing Director to lead its strategic brand efforts. This company is a leader in smart order routing and multi-token swaps, operating across 15+ EVM chains and known for its innovation in intent-based trading.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can own the brand narrative, collaborate closely with product leadership, and manage a junior social media marketer. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how product and brand intersect in the Web3 space. You'll be responsible for shaping the long-term brand vision, driving awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Define and evolve the company's brand identity and messaging
- Partner with product and leadership to align brand with roadmap and user experience
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across digital, content, and community channels
- Manage and mentor a junior social media marketer
- Build relationships with key ecosystem players, influencers, and partners
- Operate autonomously with strong project management skills
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years in brand marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech
- Deep understanding of DeFi, Web3 UX, and the competitive landscape (e.g., 1inch, Matcha, Jupiter)
- Proven ability to lead brand strategy and execute across multiple channels
- Strong communicator with a passion for crypto innovation
- U.S.-based; no visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160K-$180K (up to $200K+ for exceptional candidates)
