This is a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial budgeting, forecasting and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while performing variance analysis between forecast and actual.

- Ensure effectiveness of accuracy and timeliness of forecasting, reporting, accruals, and other financial related processes and systems on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Provide direct financial leadership and support for assessing service allocation rates, composition of cost pools for new allocations.

- Work with group and project finance teams to develop, administer, and implement process improvements and methodologies and cost allocation expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in related field required.

- 10-12 years of relevant professional experience required.

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. Minimum Salary: $145,000.00

Maximum Salary: $160,000.00
