Digital Workspace Internship

This is a full time, 14-week hybrid summer internship that will occur during one of the below time frames:

1. May 4 August 7, 2026
2. May 11 August 14, 2026
3. May 18 August 21, 2026

Open to hiring candidates that reside anywhere near our three primary regions:

• West (Grand Rapids)
• East (Southfield)
• South (St. Joseph)

Job Summary

This internship will assist the Digital Workspace team with projects to rollout new Microsoft applications and plug ins for the M365 collaboration platforms. This internship will also be involved in incident and task resolution for Corewell Health users who have issues with the Microsoft suite of products.

Essential Functions

• Maintains accountability for completing support tasks as directed.
• Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken.
• May analyze department processes and other Corewell Health systems encountered and makes recommendations improvements, as appropriate. Participates in quality monitoring activities/process improvement activities.
• Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a team player with others in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be Sophomore or Junior standing and is not expecting to graduate before May 2027.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI, and other collaborative tools.
