The beautiful Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a full-time Digital Content Creator to join their marketing team! This 1000-room oceanfront resort is a beautiful getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach, offering stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine to guests!

This role will support the director of marketing, the marketing manager and the marketing coordinator. It will be responsible for producing/organizing photos and videos, collaborating on the management of social media platforms, and supporting the hotel's marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience in photography/videography and editing, a strong understanding of social media trends/analytics/audience engagement and excellent organizational skills.

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work business hours mainly Monday - Friday, but with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

The digital content coordinator is responsible for producing and organizing photos, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns with engaging visual and written content. Specific responsibilities of the position include:

• Capture, edit, and organize high-quality photos and videos for use across digital and print platforms
• Collaborate on social media accounts with external marketing agency (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) by planning content calendars, writing captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives
• Maintain a digital asset library for easy access and consistency
• Track and report on content and social media performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to support broader marketing initiatives
