The Associate Designer will support the creative vision, design strategy, and execution across our Global men's product categories. This role requires a creative individual with a background in apparel design, and a keen understanding of market trends and consumer needs. The Associate Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, price/value, functionality, and style. This role reports to the Sr Design Manager, Men's and Collabs.

• This role will be focused on the lifestyle collection with emphasis on wovens. Working knowledge of knits is a plus.
• Execute design strategy of functional, and trend-relevant women's product that align with the brand's vision and business objectives.
• Develop a strong understanding of the market to identify opportunities and threats, stay up to date on industry trends, consumer trends, and competitor activities; conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead.
• Ensure all designs meet quality, price/cost, fit, and functional standards, with a priority on considering cost and manufacturability.
• Support the GTM process and ensure effective inputs and outputs.
• Maintain design decks, tech packs, and other documentation to ensure clear communication and execution of design concepts.
• Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, contributing to the development of the design team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Present design concepts and collections to key stakeholders.
• Continuously analyze the category and evaluate design changes needed to improve efficiency, relevance, profitability, and commercial viability.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Emphasis on brand and product storytelling through product design and retail design
• Utilize a variety of design elements to articulate high-level, impactful artistic vision
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of casual apparel design and functional product innovation
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Ability to use 2D/3D software, including Sketch Up, AutoCAD, KeyShot, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Keynote
• Detail-oriented
• 1-2 years of design experience

Hiring Range: $60,480.00 USD - $75,600.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
