The role you'll contribute:

Perform specific tasks or routines supportive to delivery of patient care.
Will perform clerical duties related to computers, dialysis equipment and supply checks.
Responsible for the inventory and ordering of supplies, equipment and services needed to support the efficient operation of the dialysis team.
Responsible for staffing, schedules and the coordination of patient treatments within the hospital.

Monitors staff compliance with customer service behaviors and reinforces hospital goals for service management.
Communicates changes, new procedures, and processes for the nursing division, service line, and team to staff.
Assists in preparing monthly schedule and daily shift assignments for the assigned unit.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree upon hire
Minimum of one (1) year RN experience in acute inpatient dialysis upon hire
Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS)
