Dialysis Nurse Supervisor RN - Immediate Start + Competitive Benefit

• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs for effective care delivery.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate setting.
• Work collaboratively with a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Manage patient observations, vital signs, and treatment plans.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.

Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications and experience. This role requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You may also float to various clinics during training.
