Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 18 months registered nursing experience
• Approval for Dialysis Charge RN readiness by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA
• Preferred certifications: Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
• Prior experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred; three-year diploma from an accredited program acceptable
• Completion of training approved by the medical director and governing body as per CMS guidelines for operating the water treatment system
• Preferred supervisory experience with a strong willingness and ability to lead
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Word and Outlook

Position Details:

• Coordinate patient care and services for ESRD patients, monitoring lab values, vital signs, and other health metrics to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Training may occur at various facilities before settling into your assigned clinic.
• Potential to float to different clinics during and after training.
• Flexible scheduling required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment approaches and a wide array of nursing skills.
• Oversee patient care while supporting PCTs in their tasks, such as patient observation and machine setup.
• Engage fully in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your head, heart, and hands.
