Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse

If you are someone who loves patient-centered health care with real relationships inside a company that encourages fun on and off the clock, then DaVita is a place for you! Our local team is seeking an LPN who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center.

Dialysis Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate!

What does the LPN/LVN role entail?

• Operational Hours : Mon - Sat 4:00am - 7:00pm
• Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday's with Sunday off
• Average shift ranges from 10 to 12 hours
• Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment.Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
• Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town.

What does a successful LPN/LVN look like?

• Minimum of 1 year hospital or clinical experience
• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED with a current LPN-LVN license in the state you are applying
• Current CPR certification, IV certification required if required by state regulations.
• Dialysis experience preferred including: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT).
• Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in a fast paced setting as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities at a time
