DevSecOps Engineer with Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative solutions through automation, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevSecOps tools.
• Ensure compliance with security, monitoring, and performance standards throughout the development process.
• Lead the release of production code and the development of PaaS/SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain secure and efficient infrastructure.
• Implement security best practices in the software development lifecycle, including code scanning and vulnerability assessments.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless application integration and delivery.
• Develop and maintain containerization and microservices architectures.
• Incorporate security controls into CI/CD processes, ensuring active vulnerability scanning and testing.
• Automate security processes for incident response and threat detection.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in DevSecOps and provide recommendations for adopting new technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers in best practices for DevSecOps.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a DevSecOps role or a related field.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Must be a US Citizen without Dual Citizenship.
• This role requires on-site presence five days per week.
• Emergency on-call availability may be required.
• Experience with tools such as Docker, Splunk, Chef, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and Python is preferred.
