nThe Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery business offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies—including sutures, surgical staplers, clip appliers, trocars and synthetic mesh devices—that are used in a wide variety of minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. The Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery business combines products and services of two market leading legacy companies, both with long histories of medical innovation. The Ethicon Inc. business based in Raritan, New Jersey, was founded more than 80 years ago as a pioneer in suture development and manufacturing, helping to transform the safety and electiveness of open surgery. The Ethicon Endo-Surgery business was created 25 years ago in Cincinnati, Ohio, developing innovative devices that have driven the revolutionary shift from open to minimally invasive surgery that continues to lead the industry today.
nDuties and Responsibilities
nAre you looking to get hands on experience in the Corporate world? Our Co-Op position looks to develop early talent under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines to gain real time knowledge and develop an encouraging network. This role will support our Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery business within the Endomechanical and Energy Global Technical Operations and Supply Chain organizations.

- Responsible for accurately and timely collecting, analyzing, consolidating, and reporting relevant data for the supply chain project team. n
- Build and develop new tools and systems to improve the efficiency of the existing processes. n
- Interact with external suppliers to support key projects and lead small technical projects and process changes. n
- Write and execute process development protocols and reports. n
- Gather and analyze process data using varying levels of advanced analytics. n
- Support input of manufacturing requirements into product design to ensure design for manufacturability & team goals are met. n
- Document processes to ensure effective knowledge
