Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) Pensacola NAS Commissary located in Pensacola, FL. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli/bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

What You'll Do

- Manage frontline staff

- Oversee deli/bakery operations

- Ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance

- Oversee frontline training programs

- Daily operation standards
