Position Responsibilities:

Work with design professionals on concepts and build projects. Create, review and release data center designs. Manage portfolio of data center designs and features. Develop and maintain Architecture, Civil and Structural-Basis of Design prototype design, and template specifications for structural systems, evaluation of superstructure design options, and assessing structural calculation assumptions. Create, review and release architectural/ civil/ structural design Request for Proposals (RFPs). Manage our external architectural, civil, structural design consultants. Coordinate with internal and external MEP design engineers. Lead initiatives aimed at improving cost, quality, schedule and consistency. Work on multiple data center build and capital improvement projects simultaneously. Travel for site assessments, consultant selection activities, internal design meetings, construction review, interface with AHJ, design consultants, quantity surveyors and building owners.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have five years of experience in the following skills: (1) experience in structural design for industrial or commercial projects; (2) Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standard including IBC and ASCE; (3) experience with design of Data Center, Mission Critical, Hospital, Schools, Commercial or Residential Tower facilities. Up to 25% domestic and international travel to perform role responsibilities may be required.
