As a part of the management team at The Learning Experience, you will:

• Conduct classroom observations, evaluations, and provide feedback that motivates and encourages learning.
• Manage the team to ensure the TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards.
• Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop for the future and current teachers.
• Listen objectively to employee concerns and plan a recommended course of action.
• Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

• Have two or more years of lead teacher of preschool classroom experience.
• Have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
• Have a bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field highly preferred.
• Have CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
