About The Role:

The role is for a Federation Manager at a global leader in commercial real estate services. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, motivated professional with expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM)and federation technologies.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Federation Team and manage projects involving Okta, PingFederate, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Ensure deployments meet business needs and comply with security standards.

• Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to deliver customer-centric solutions.

• Design and implement federation solutions and reference architectures.

• Manage and monitor SSO systems and workflows across Okta, PingFederate, and Entra ID.

• Configure and maintain security policies (sign-on, password, MFA).

• Onboard applications using SSO and SCIM integrations.

• Investigate identity-related security incidents.

• Conduct access reviews and audits for compliance.

• 8-10 years of experience in IAM federation technologies.

• Proven experience with Okta, PingFederate, and Entra AD.

• Proficiency in Okta Workflows, PingFederate, Conditional Access, and Hybrid Identity.

• Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, RBAC, and fine-grained authorization.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub and Terraform.

• General proficiency in coding and scripting.
