Cybersecurity Analysis Team Lead
Key Role:
Leverage domain knowledge to create cybersecurity solutions aligned to the client's mission. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with systems engineering of information systems, including information security or cybersecurity engineering
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, including team lead or manager in a project management and task management setting
- Experience with log review and analysis
- Experience with cybersecurity tools, including Endpoint Systems Management, Vulnerability Management, and SIEM platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for engineering and operations
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- DoD 8570 IAT III Certification
Additional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cybersecurity solutions in a DoD environment
- Experience with Red Team and Blue Team, or Penetration Testing and Threat Hunting
- Experience managing standard infrastructure production environments of size and scope similar to the requirements of mid-sized DoD global organizations
- Experience creating, maintaining, and enforcing technical configurations in accordance with DoD STIG policies, orders, standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Knowledge of network ports and protocols, and IDS or IPS
- Knowledge of current and emerging security technologies
- Knowledge of DoD system, security, storage, network, or data security requirements
- Possession of excellent analytical and collaboration skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with mid-level and senior leadership
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
