Seeking a skilled CVOR Registered Nurse with open heart experience to provide exceptional surgical care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of cardiovascular procedures and the ability to work collaboratively with the surgical team.

• Assist with complex cardiovascular surgeries, including CABG, valve replacements, and ECMO management.
• Circulate and scrub duties as required; scrub experience preferred.
• Manage patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an open heart operating room setting.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with ECMO, LVAD, and Impella devices is essential.
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical techniques preferred.
• Ability to pass required EKG exam upon hire.
