Join the Customer Service Skills Development Program, an intensive training opportunity designed to accelerate your career within a year or less. This program offers young adults a comprehensive approach to skill-building through in-classroom learning, access to internships, and personalized coaching and mentorship.
Participants will not only enhance their technical and professional skills but also receive invaluable job placement support through our industry-leading firm, YUPRO Placement. Potential internships may be offered at top organizations such as Citizens, Amica Mutual Insurance Company, Lifespan, or Fidelity.
Are you eligible to apply? You may qualify if you are:
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday during the program
- Highly motivated to learn new skills
- Not holding a Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to answer additional screening questions during application
What will you gain? This program equips you with essential business communication skills, interview techniques, networking abilities, and resume-building strategies. During your internship, you will receive an educational stipend of $525 per week.
