Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and freight management industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep. to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep., you will be part of the CEVA department supporting the freight and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep.

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: First Shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist customers with inquiries related to freight and logistics services
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Support billing and documentation processes for billing purposes

What's Needed?

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with logistics software is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
