What You’ll Do:

  Guide customers through the loan origination process, answering questions and providing updates

  Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans, juggling multiple touchpoints with precision

  Respond to emails, chats, and calls from customers, internal teams, and third parties

  n

• n

  Conduct basic research to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed

  n

• n

  Meet production and quality standards while following established policies

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate across departments to expedite processing and resolve issues

  n

• n

  Represent a culture of integrity, service, and excellence in every interaction

What You Bring:

  At least 1 year of experience in financial services or mortgage preferred

  Strong phone communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  Solid time management and multitasking skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
