CUSTODIAL TRAINER (FULL TIME)

Custodial Trainer

We are hiring immediately for a Custodial Trainer position.

Location: 1500 Lamers Dr., Little Chute, WI, 54140 (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)

Requirement: Proven experience training and coaching hourly associates.

Fixed Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Performs administrative tasks, trains team members and oversees overall training activities for custodial associates. Acts as a resource for others due to knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and heavy commercial cleaning equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding and orientation for all new custodial employees across assigned sites, covering company policies, custodial processes, safety, and customer service.
• Deliver ongoing training for current associates, including refreshers, compliance updates, floor care training, and customer service development.
• Copies training material and revises material as needed; conducts administrative tasks as requested.
• Maintain accurate training records, tracking data for compliance, completion, and performance improvement.
• Provide hands-on training in custodial techniques, chemical safety, PPE use, equipment operation, and specialized floor care.
• Collaborate with site leadership and RVP to identify skill gaps, training needs, and performance trends across the region.
• Support custodial operations when not actively engaged in training, ensuring flexibility and alignment with operational needs.
• Performs walk-through building inspections as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience training and coaching hourly associates, preferably in custodial or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of custodial processes and floor care methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and engage diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites.
