LHH is seeking a Paralegal to join our client's dynamic M&A legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-volume transaction environment, supporting the review and migration of key legal documents.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and extract key terms and clauses from approximately 265 legal agreements, including share purchase and operating agreements.
• Support the migration of contract data into a new CRM platform (DealCloud experience is a plus, but not required).
• Collaborate with legal and corporate teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of extracted information.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies or missing elements in corporate transaction documents.
• Work independently to interpret complex legal language and structure.
• Assist in organizing and categorizing legal documentation for streamlined access and reporting.

Who You Are

• Experienced paralegal with a background in corporate law, ideally supporting M&A transactions.
• Comfortable navigating and interpreting corporate agreements such as SPAs, operating agreements, and other transactional documents.
• Detail-oriented and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or legal tech tools is a plus.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour
