We are partnered with a top tier Investment firm managing over $38 billion of investable assets and deploying over $155 billion in capital looking to add a senior Corporate Finance candidate to their growing team sitting here in Charlotte, NC. You will have the opportunity to support one of the world's leading distressed funds as well as gain high visibility to c-suite and senior leadership across the US and Globally.
Finance Manager Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across business units.
- Analyze operational and capital expenditures to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support pricing strategies, margin improvement, and investment evaluations.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or financial services experience.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
