Position Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts/Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in Torrey Pines, San Diego. This on-site role requires a strong background in administrative support, contract coordination, and document management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation
- Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Maintain organized records and databases for contracts and administrative files
- Coordinate communication between internal departments, clients, and vendors
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and correspondence
- Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in contract administration or administrative coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented professional

- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 5:00pm PST
- Location: Torrey Pines, San Diego
- Contract to hire or Direct
- Compensation: $31.00- $38.00 per hour DOE
