We’re looking for an Onsite - Contract Analyst for our client. If you have 5 - 8 years of experience in Understanding of land principles or land terminology, Capability to handle complex projects and Microsoft Office than this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and input lease data for accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare legal documents (releases, assignments, Exhibit A’s).
• Manage monthly lease calendars.
• Support Land Operations and special projects (e.g., A&D).
• Conduct lease/unit reviews and process payments.
• Track contractual obligations from acquisitions, trades, divestitures.
• Ensure accurate tracking of lease development.
• Interpret contracts and resolve technical/data issues.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Process partner offerings and update records.
• Prepare reports and exhibits for business units and management.
• Act as point of contact for landowners/stakeholders.
• Maintain professional affiliations and attend networking events.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new systems.
• Understanding of land principles and ability to analyze land data.
• Familiarity with land terminology and contracts
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with Quorum Land System or SAP (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
• Discretion with confidential company data.
• Teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to handle complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to support procurement and finance in contract-related activities.
• Skill in developing and maintaining contract databases and workflows.
