SERVPRO of Lake County is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restoration & Contents Manager to lead our restoration and contents teams. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in restoration services, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor restoration and contents teams, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operational Oversight: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for restoration and contents management.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.
• Organization and documentation: Create and maintaining a strong accurate product around Sorting, and recording costumer belongings.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Readiness: Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Team involvement: Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Tidiness: Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Customer facing: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.

Qualifications include:

• OSHA-10
• IICRC certifications - WRT, FST, ASD
• Xactimate proficiency
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in contents management and restoration project oversight.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a level 2 background check

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
