Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials for efficient project flow.
• Conduct safety inspections, enforce safety protocols, and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Review project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure adherence to client specifications.
• Manage quality control by conducting site inspections and maintaining punch lists.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Effectively use tools like Procore for timecards, logs, and reports.
• Resolve site conflicts and provide leadership to crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on project costs, profitability, and schedule adherence.

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
• Commitment to safety, quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to travel for projects and maintain a flexible schedule.
• OSHA and safety certifications are a plus.

• Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet project needs.
• Dayshift: Work starts at 6am
