The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working experience with accounting software. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

Key responsibilities/skills include:

• Working with engineers to ensure the logs are updated correctly.
• Managing and organizing mailing and filing systems.
• Maintaining the cost system and providing required reports.
• Responding promptly and knowledgeably to employee requests for information and assistance.
• Properly routing agreements, contracts, and invoices through the signature process.
• Assisting in HR, accounting, and payroll activities as needed to ensure all input is accurate, compliant, and timely.
• Working directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Providing assistance to the team as needed; research, data entry, etc.
• Organizing and prioritizing a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Planning and organizing own work assignments, as well as carrying out tasks from management staff.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
