Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced CAD Designer for our client, a key partner in the pharmaceutical sector, based in Easthampton, MA. This CAD Designer will create detailed CAD drawings of products with client-requested modifications and create engineering packages for manufacturing. This includes routing sheets, bill of materials, engineering change orders, quality control documents, and assembly instructions. Additional responsibilities include:

Create and edit blueprints, routing sheets, and other technical drawings required for the manufacturing process.
Translate initial ideas into detailed designs using specialized CAD software.
Work with other engineers, operations staff, and other stakeholders to gather and organize technical information.
Update existing documentation and improve accuracy and usability.
Ensure documents adhere to company style guidelines and technical standards.
Resolve system and design issues by resolving documentation gaps.
Reviews and verifies project requirements for completeness, format, and compliance.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation:

$60,000 to $85,000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
