FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registered, or registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State licensure if required by law. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
• ARRT Computed Tomography certification.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist status.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

CT Technologist Responsibilities:

• Reviewing patient history, initiating Computed Tomography images based on physician orders, and providing procedural education to ensure patient understanding and cooperation.
• Safely administering contrast media or imaging medications while closely monitoring patient condition.
• Responding to and reporting any changes in patient condition appropriately.
• Implementing techniques that enhance image clarity and performing quality control to ensure optimal equipment functionality based on established best practices in Radiology (AART).
• Conducting 3-D post-processing and entering, transmitting, and reporting scan results.
