About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to support strategic compensation initiatives and manage a data migration project. This is a remote and temporary opportunity ideal for someone with deep expertise in compensation analytics and systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using tools like Payfactors
  
• Analyze compensation data to support strategic decision-making
  
• Manage and execute complex data migration projects
  
• Apply advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and modeling
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compensation strategies align with business goals
  
• Provide insights and recommendations based on compensation trends and data
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in compensation analysis, market pricing, and benchmarking
  
• Proficiency in Payfactors is a must
  
• Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
  
• Experience managing data migration and transformation projects
  
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly
  
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail
