Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for serving patients and families with exceptional care.
• Education: Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council of Social Work Education.
• Licensure: Active state licensure as a social worker.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical work experience, ideally in healthcare or hospice settings.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation and the ability to perform tasks including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting at least 25 lbs.
