Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is dedicated to providing compassionate and hands-on care during life’s most significant moments? We believe that every day is a chance to offer comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and families during their end-of-life journeys.

We are on the lookout for a reliable, empathetic, and attentive Hospice Aide to deliver essential personal care and emotional support to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or inpatient units. If you have a passion for making a difference when it truly counts, we would love to have you on our dedicated hospice care team.

Your Role as a Hospice Aide:

• Provide direct personal care to terminally ill patients.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting needs.
• Support safe mobility, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Observe and report any changes in the patient’s physical or mental condition.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of visits.
• Participate in team meetings and Quality Improvement (QI) activities.
• Adhere to infection control practices and follow safety protocols at all times.

Your Qualifications:

• Active CNA license in the applicable state (Required).
• Current CPR certification (Required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance (Required).
• Six months or more of direct patient care experience (Preferred).
• Comfortable working in home settings, hospice facilities, or long-term care environments.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and ability to handle emotional situations with care.
• Willingness to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs.

Preferred Background (Not Required):

• Experience in home health, hospice, palliative care, or oncology.
• Prior experience in hospital nursing, ICU, geriatrics, med-surg, ER, telemetry, or nursing homes.
• Exposure to end-of-life care, wound care, or admissions support.
