Commercial Property Manager

Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of our client, a privately held real estate investment and property management company , seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large, multi-building commercial office park located in Lakewood, CO. This is a highly visible and impactful opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a significant Class A office portfolio during an exciting period of growth and transition.

The Opportunity

This newly created position will oversee daily operations, financial performance, and tenant relations for a major office property within the company’s expanding Denver portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial property management experience and is ready to step into a leadership role with meaningful autonomy.

While the property is undergoing transition, the company is planning for a mid-November start date, with flexibility to extend for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a multi-building commercial office property
• Manage tenant relations, lease administration, and vendor coordination
• Develop and execute property budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting
• Ensure smooth building operations, maintenance, and repair coordination
• Supervise building staff, engineers, and vendor partners
• Oversee tenant improvement and capital projects as needed
• Support transition to a new property management software system
• Drive tenant satisfaction, retention, and property performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience (Class A office strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing large-scale office or mixed-use portfolios
• Accounting and financial reporting experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred ; Real Estate License or CPM designation a plus
• Proficiency in MRI or Yardi (experience with software transitions a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $95,000–$120,000 , depending on experience
• Discretionary year-end bonus
