Seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to support the closing and booking of commercial loans. The role involves participating in moderately complex initiatives, reviewing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies. The specialist will work closely with client personnel and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently during peak funding periods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.

Top Requirements:

1. 4+ years of commercial loan closing experience, with demonstrated knowledge of loan booking and documentation.
2. Experience with loan closing systems such as nCino and CoMET preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking skills, especially during peak funding and closing periods.
4. Ability to review, analyze, and resolve complex commercial loan closing challenges.
5. Knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to commercial loan closing.

Plusses:

1. Experience with loan booking systems like nCino and CoMET.
2. Prior experience in loan documentation and peak-period funding.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex issues that arise during the closing process by evaluating variable factors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client personnel to meet closing deadlines.
• Manage multiple tasks during peak funding periods, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
• Leverage knowledge of loan booking systems such as nCino and CoMET.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements throughout the closing process.
