We're looking for a highly motivated claims leader! This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive results by mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of Commercial Casualty Examiners! As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in the company's success by leading your team in the investigation of coverage, determination of liability and damages, and potentially the handling of serious injuries, and litigation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully driving results, a passion for helping others, and will bring energy and enthusiasm to the team.

Requirements:

• Commercial Casualty Litigation Supervisor experience - 3 years minimum
• Preferred candidate will have strong experience overseeing early resolution claims.
• Associate must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments
• Must be able to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone
• Must perform duties at a stationary workstation
• Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations
• Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information

Annual Salary $91,225.00 - $172,200.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
