Collections Specialist
Job duties would consist of the following:
- Making calls/sending emails to a large volume of customers with past due balances
- Keeping good notes of conversations in the ERP
- Communicating with management on findings
- Sending invoice copies
Additional skills and qualifications should include:
- Negotiation skills/prior collection experience (Business to Business)
- Confidence in having hard conversations and asking hard questions
- Professionalism coupled with being tough on the expectations of the customer
- Phone/computer/email/Microsoft Excel skills
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
