CNC Maintenance Technician

CNC Maintenance Technician On 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team on the day shift. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CNC repair and troubleshooting, ready to take on a key position in ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild spindles and change out ballscrews.
• Set backlash and perform precision mechanical adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CNC controls, including Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
• Read and troubleshoot PLCs using ladder logic.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on systems ranging from 24V to 480V.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Fanuc control systems and Allen-Bradley automation.
• Knowledge of machining processes including lathe and mill operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
