The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a polished Ambassador to join their Club Signia team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. Inspired by private membership clubs, Club Signia is an exclusive lounge with chef-curated dishes and complimentary drinks. This is a hybrid position as a host and server. Ideal candidate has open availability and luxury experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel setting. Seeking someone who is teachable and reliable. Must be able to communicate in a warm and professional manner.

Shift Pattern: variable, weekend/holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?

The Ambassador position will be directly responsible for the guest's arrival and departure experience in addition to any operational needs as it relates to the specific guest's requests, recommendations and touches. You would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
