At Leidos, we're at the forefront of national defense technology, and we're looking for a passionate Cloud Business Process Consultant to take charge of impactful migration projects in the DAF CLOUDworks environment. This hybrid position, based in San Antonio, TX, offers the perfect blend of flexibility and challenge, allowing you to make a significant contribution to mission-critical systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and addressing business challenges within the Air Force Commercial Cloud Services (AFC2S) teams using IC ITE services.
• Providing expert technical guidance to Air Force customers transitioning to C2S/C2E.
• Assisting in the integration of cloud solutions and strategies, while managing environments following best practices and utilizing available tools.
• Offering specialized advice on AWS, IC ITE GovCloud, IC ITE C2S, and other federal cloud frameworks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting issues related to Jira and onboarding processes for C2S/C2E.
• Developing comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure accountability within the program.
• Combining project management skills with business development to engage effectively with C2S/C2E clients.
• Leading Business and Technical Exchange Meetings to foster collaboration.
• Providing leadership with metrics via SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Creating actionable business reports and processes to capture essential data for stakeholders.
• Navigating procurement processes and aiding in budget management for C2S/C2E services.
• Facilitating communication among stakeholders, Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and subject matter experts to evaluate various cloud solutions.
• Translating business needs into precise system specifications.
• Explaining RMF controls inheritance and funding allocations related to task orders.
• Understanding the linkage between AWS payer and tenant accounts.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Possession of a current TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master's Degree with at least 10 years of experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, IBM, Oracle, Google).
• Proficient knowledge of AWS pricing tools.
• Advanced skills in Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical abilities along with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent certification.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification.
