Are you passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and ensuring smooth operations? Join our team as a Clinician Support Coordinator, reporting to the Clinician Support Supervisor. In this role, you'll provide essential support to clinicians across multiple states, handling communications by phone and email to resolve a variety of issues and keep our operations running smoothly.

Location:

This position is based at our Dallas, Texas headquarters (4055 Valley View Lane). Applicants must be able to commute to the office as required.

What You'll Do:

1. Communicate with clinicians and members regarding schedule changes, cancellations, and other updates.
2. Assist clinicians with directions, answer questions, and provide support as needed.
3. Manage multiple systems simultaneously to ensure efficient support.
4. Maintain a high level of availability, aiming for a missed call rate of 5% or less.
5. Generate, manage, and close Salesforce tickets for all requests.
6. Assign tickets to appropriate departments when additional assistance is needed.
7. Help maintain the team's ticket queue to ensure timely resolution.
8. Participate in a rotating weekend schedule.
9. Adhere to required onsite attendance days in Dallas.
10. Deliver excellent customer service, both verbally and in writing.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Five9, and Google Office products.
• High school diploma or GED

Availability to work any of these 3 shifts:

• MondayFriday, 10:00 am 7:00 pm CST
• Tuesday-Saturday, 8 am - 5pm CST
• Sunday-Thursday, 8 am - 5pm CST

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years of successful work experience within the organization
