Schedule Details

• 40 hours per week
• Two 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
• Two 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Every other weekend on-call
• Holiday call rotation with Unit Director

Role Overview

This position blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities:

• Workload Split: 75% staffing, 25% office time (weekly or bi-weekly)
• Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting nursing students and new staff
• Developing individualized care plans and patient goals
• Educating patients and families
• Advocating for patient needs
• Promoting safety and quality care
• Applying critical thinking to clinical and social issues

Qualifications

Clinician Fellow:

• Salary: $39.84 $53.50/hour
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Education: BSN required or enrolled within 1 year of hire; completion within 3 years
• Preferred: MSN or CNL
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates
• Rehab or stroke experience preferred but not required

Clinician:

• Salary: $42.52 $56.70/hour
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Education: BS/BSN required
• If BS is not in nursing, a Master's or higher in Nursing is required
• Preferred: Master's degree
• Rehab or stroke experience preferred but not required

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current RN license in practicing state
• BLS or CPR (AHA standards) within 30 days of hire
• National certification preferred
• Act 34 clearance required
