Your Role & Impact

As an RN Med/Tele Float, youll provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in med/surg and telemetry units. Youll float between units based on staffing and patient needs, managing approximately 56 patients per shift. Your responsibilities include using telemetry monitors, IV pumps, medication dispensing systems, and electronic health records to ensure safe, effective patient care. Flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and clear communication are essential in this fast-paced role.

You will receive thorough orientation, including hospital-wide onboarding and unit-specific training, to prepare you for success.
