Your Role as a Clinical Rehabilitation Liaison:

• Develop business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain robust relationships in your assigned territory through face-to-face interactions.
• Enhance the referral-to-admission process for seamless transitions.
• Educate the community, referral sources, and physicians about our rehabilitation programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Address and overcome challenges related to admissions and follow up on relevant variables.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to inform various groups about our services and outcomes.

Qualifications Needed:

• Current driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Active professional clinical licensure and CPR certification are required.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare technology experience is preferred.
• Experience as a nurse liaison or in healthcare sales is a plus.
• CRRN certification is a preferred asset.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.
