FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $21.49 - $27.94 / hour. Pay is based on the applicant's relevant experience. Plus, an additional $2.00 an hour float pay on top of base pay.

Summary:
As a Clinical Practice Technician, you will perform essential clinical and administrative duties to support the team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient care under the supervision of a provider or nurse.
- Perform basic clinical tasks and specimen collection; monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions; document patient care provided.
- Maintain equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain examination areas to ensure they are orderly and ready for use.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
- Utilize critical thinking skills, exercise decisive judgment, and demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Credentials:
  Essential:
  * Basic Life Support
  * Emergency Medical Technician
• Education:
  Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  Required Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider; Current State Licensure as an EMT, or EMT-I.
  Minimum Experience: None required.
• BLS Requirement:
  BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer must be valid as of the hire date.
