Are you a licensed RVT or experienced Veterinary Assistant looking for a leadership opportunity? We’re hiring a Clinical Lead to support our Surgery department at SAGE Concord. In this role, you’ll lead a team of RVTs and Assistants while working closely with specialists to provide the highest standard of care.What You’ll Do
- Manage and support a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants
- Maintain excellence in patient care, workflow, and communication
- Mentor and develop technicians through training and performance feedback
- Participate in diagnostics, treatments, and integrative therapies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
Qualifications
- Required: 5+ years of recent veterinary clinical experience
- Preferred: Active CA-RVT license
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
- Experience with anesthesia monitoring, CRIs, drug dosing, and estimates
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Perks
- Pay Range: $37 – $45/hour (DOE)
