Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Duration: 3 months contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests on blood, urine, and other samples.
• Analyze and interpret test results.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Ensure accuracy through quality control procedures.
• Record and report findings in lab systems.
• Handle and process specimens properly.
• Follow safety and lab protocols.
• Communicate critical results to healthcare providers.
• Stay updated on lab techniques and technology.
• Assist in training and support lab audits if needed.

Experience:

 1 year Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience.

Licenses & Certifications:

 Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (092) issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required. BLS preferred.

Education:

 Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
