Customer Success Specialist/Inside Sales

The Inside Sales position promotes the sale of high performance metal alloys within the USA. Work conditions in our well-appointed office space and competitive compensation and benefits package make this a prime job opportunity.

Customer Relationships: Inside sales is the primary point of contact for customers throughout the USA. Responsibilities include managing order cycle from customer inquiry to invoice for manufacturing facilities in the USA and Germany. Including managing inquiries, quoting activity, order entry and customer order maintenance and documentation. Our inside sales group regularly collaborates with their international colleagues and with a variety of disciplines. They are fully supported by logistics, technical, manufacturing, and finance professionals for the administration of programs and customer support.

Special Projects: Inside sales is also called upon for special projects, such as inventory tracking and analysis, resolving claims and NCRs, along with recommendations on sales strategy and process.

Experience in providing customer service support.

Experience within the Manufacturing Industry.

Experience with an ERP system

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

At least 3 years of experience providing support and the ability to handle a wide range of external and internal customer support and related tasks.

Able to work independently with little or no supervision.

The position is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
