Client Operations Specialist

Our client, a dynamic player in the client operations sector, is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Client Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Client Services Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks while responding effectively to client inquiries.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and internal sales representatives to install new clients and address questions from existing clients.
• Renew contacts in the system and update any changes as necessary.
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize inbound email queues and phone communications to clarify client questions.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a nimble learning ability.
• Willingness to undergo phased training to prepare for peak season demands.
